For employers

What may you expect from me as a coach?

Financial advantages

I value repeat business and strong customer relationships. Starting from the second coaching client through your company, a 3% discount on the original price applies on each subsequent client (excl. btw).

Expertise

I am a certified coach at Practitioner level and registered with the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO).

Experience

I have an excellent understanding of the professional services work environment through my 20 years of senior work experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development at international law firm Clifford Chance.

Ease

Face-to-face conversations, E-coaching or a combination of the two.

Integrity, Quality, Ethics

Integrity, quality, ethics, permanent education and professional development are the pillars of my work.

Multilingual coaching

I work both in English and Dutch.

Free introduction

An online meeting is easily made. As an employer/HR professional/team lead/manager, you might wish to form an impression of me as a coach and person. There must be a basis of trust for the coachee but also for you if the company is handeling the costs. As you might know all conversations between the coach and the coachee are strictly confidential and will not be shared with others. I think it is important that you have the feeling that the coaching process is in the right and capable hands.

Honesty

That's what the bottom line is all about for me. If I meet someone for a coaching program the outcome may also be that we are not a good match and do not start the program. The reasons can vary: The famous click is missing or someone has an issue that is better suited to other types of guidance. I will be honest about that and will not start a coaching program. Anyone who starts with coaching has the right to have themselves and their issue dealt with professionally. In addition, it must also be a qualitative investment for an employer in the event they bear the costs for the program.
