Performance coaching focuses on balancing: 


Your skills level (what are you able to do effectively with your current skills in your current or future work)

The challenge level (what is required of you in your current or future work) 


Central to this is of course looking into: What is it you wish to acheive? Your core values, your motives, that which brings and continues to keep you in your flow. 


Some examples

 Are you receiving feedback from your team members, manager or others that strengthening certain skills will make you more effective at your job? 

Do you wish to strengthen a certain skill yourself in order to feel more equipped to perform your best? 

Do you aspire a new role but does this require something different from the skills you have applied so far and do you wish to strengthen / use them more effectively? 


These are all wonderful topics to work on together with a coach.
